About 10 years ago, we met a client who was in search of help and solutions. They were pulling in a couple million dollars a year and had a team of less than 10 people. The 2 leaders (CEO and CTO) are super smart and brilliant at sales and product (coding, etc). They are so smart, they knew they could benefit tremendously from an expert viewpoint. They hired us to analyze the people, process and technologies of the company and provide recommendations all while providing operation support as ell for customer service and project management. At the time, they probably felt like limited resources, relentless competition, and a demanding marketplace were testing their resolve as aspiring entrepreneurs. We were able to successfully setup an operations infrastructure for customer service (Salesforce Help Desk), project management, client training, social media and more. Today we provide the teams that manage and maintain the infrastructure. And our clients? Well, they grew into an 8-Figure company and were acquired by a 9-Figure company.

We run into entrepreneurs making six-figures who ask about payroll, taxes, hiring, business structure, contracts, etc. These were all things that we had to figure out as well to be the type of business that could last 10+ years as we have. Another question we get is about websites and social media. We not only setup our websites but have had a role in our clients websites and social media as well. Ads are definitely not a first step and catch all for presence in the marketplace. First you have to build a relationship with your audience through content and value. We also grappled with the ever-changing landscape of our industry, where staying ahead meant continuously adapting to new technologies, keeping pace with evolving market trends, and meeting the shifting demands of customers. This journey was not without its fair share of obstacles. We encountered setbacks that tested the depths of my resilience and determination. 

We've now been in business for 10 years. The client we mentioned in the 'Overwhelmed and Looking for a Solution' section above has been in business nearly 20 years. We have both achieved longevity in business and businesses that continue to grow. We have been able to hire team members and provide careers and a way to support their families. We've had several team members that were offered jobs and hired by our client boosting the bottom line of both companies.  Our client is now a part of a larger company with more resources to help with their continued growth and the owners were able to achieve an exit of their company. We have been able to diversify what we do rebranding our signature program as BizOps Partners.
